This functionality allows third-party treatment providers to directly confirm whether required treatment has been completed, simplifying oversight, reducing manual follow-ups, and ensuring accurate tracking for every participant.
How It Works
The External Treatment Validation feature empowers institutions to associate their approved treatment providers within the platform. When enabled:
External Providers Confirm Treatment
Treatment providers receive automated monitoring emails on each participant’s due date. These emails contain secure links, allowing providers to confirm with a single click whether treatment was successfully completed.
Custom Provider Lists
Agencies can create a custom list of external companies tied specifically to their institution. This ensures staff only see the providers they actually use. If no providers are associated, the system defaults to a global list of available companies.
Automated Unit Updates
Once a provider validates treatment, the participant’s unit automatically moves to a “passed” status within the system, no additional admin work required.
Monitoring Emails for Streamlined Communication
A key enhancement of this update is the Monitoring Email functionality. With it, agencies can:
Enable email confirmations for each associated treatment provider.
Automatically send scheduled notifications to providers at each due date.
Capture real-time responses from providers to confirm compliance or flag incomplete treatment.
This automation means staff no longer need to chase down confirmations, reducing workload while improving accuracy and accountability.
