Henry County Attorney’s Office Launches Traffic Safety Program Powered by Advent’s Diversion Manager Platform

LOUISVILLE, K.Y. (April 7, 2026) — The Henry County Attorney’s Office has implemented a County Attorney Traffic Safety (CATS) Program, administered on the AdventFS Diversion Manager platform (Diversion Manager), a modern diversion initiative designed to provide drivers with a constructive alternative to traditional traffic citation penalties.

The CATS Program is an optional diversion program that allows eligible participants to have qualifying traffic citations dismissed upon successful completion of program requirements. By participating, drivers can avoid points on their license and prevent violations from appearing on their driving record.

The CATS Program is designed to balance accountability with education, giving drivers an opportunity to improve behavior while avoiding long-term consequences tied to minor traffic violations.
